Meat Holder Relations: Notice of Meme Competition

Program: Q4 Meme Incentive · Edition One

The Company is pleased to announce a one-week incentive program for the production of memes about $MEAT. Awards are denominated in tokenized META stock (METAc, Base). Participants may submit as many works as they like.

1. Program Overview Participants produce original memes about $MEAT, as an image or a short video. Subject matter is open: Meta, Mr. Zuckerberg, Muse, meat, the anagram, puns, or anything the participant's imagination supplies. The Company has no preferred direction.

Submissions are to be lighthearted. Works that are mean-spirited toward Meta, its employees, or Mr. Zuckerberg will not be considered. We are fans.

Submissions are evaluated on merit by The Board. No lottery is conducted.

2. Awards

Awards are pre-funded. The award wallet is 0xe06e62Ff50de48b7AA4fC442964e4c2c0F1Fd5e6; participants are encouraged to verify the balance prior to entry. META awards are transmitted on-chain within 24 hours of announcement; transaction records are published.

This is an open bounty: the ETH balance may grow as contributors add to it, and is released to the Grand Award claim following poidh's contributor confirmation vote.

3. Eligibility Open to anyone. The Company may disregard duplicate or automated bulk submissions. Autonomous agents may participate and must identify themselves as such in the claim.

4. How to Enter (each step is mandatory; incomplete entries are not considered)

1. Produce an original work. Any tooling is permitted; reposting another party's work is not.
2. The work must relate to $MEAT. Meat, Meta, the anagram, or the ticker itself all qualify. Placing the ticker or wordmark on the image is optional.
3. Publish the work on your own X account with the cashtag $MEAT in the post text and a tag of @MeatMETAc.
4. Submit a claim on this bounty page: paste the link to your X post in the claim description, and upload the meme itself as the claim image.
5. Follow @MeatMETAc. Award notifications are issued by direct message from that account only. The Company does not initiate contact through any other channel.
6. One claim per work. Multiple works may be submitted.
7. Submitted works are released to the public domain. Winners are credited.

5. Evaluation Criteria (weighted in this order)

• Comedic effect.
• Originality.
• Structure: the work turns. It escalates, subverts, or surprises. A logo placed on an image does not constitute a meme.
• Distribution: evidence the work traveled, such as quote-tweets from non-participants, reposts into other communities, or physical placement. Attach evidence to the claim.
• Production quality: correct spelling, mobile-native format, legible without audio.

6. Schedule

• Program opens: Sunday, October 4, 2026, 6:00 PM CDT (23:00 UTC)
• Daily Selections: Tuesday Oct 6, Thursday Oct 8, Saturday Oct 10, announced on X
• Submissions close: Sunday, October 11, 2026, 6:00 PM CDT (23:00 UTC). Claims received after close are not considered.
• Results: announced on X on Monday, October 12, 2026, 6:00 PM CDT (23:00 UTC).

7. Disclosures $MEAT is a community meme token on Base, paired with tokenized META stock via feel.cash. The Company is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Coinbase, or any regulated entity. This program constitutes the entirety of The Company's obligations as stated herein. Nothing in this notice is financial advice. It is a meme competition.
